Bright and Airy Home from Home ★ ★ ★ ★
Spent a week here whilst visiting the parks. Bright and airy, spacious and clean home in a quiet area. Pool was a decent size too and the spa was a very welcome addition after a day at the park. Takes about 25-30 mins to Disney but good to get out of the magic kingdom Disney bubble! Would recommend buying tickets from local Walmart we got a slight discount (3 percent).

A lovely clean and spacious villa which is very well equipped and extremely well maintained. We are a family of 4 who travelled from Australia and communication with the owner was excellent throughout. The villa had everything we needed for our stay and more. We would highly recommend to anyone
We found the villa clean, comfy and well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped, but did struggle with the oven to begin with, but soon got the hang of it. Kids loved the fact that they had Internet and Netflix.
There was plenty of room in the pool area with table, chairs and loungers. Fabulous pool, which was checked be maintenance twice during our stay. We also liked that there was a covered area outside where we could sit for shade and even when we had a thunder storm.
The surrounding area was pretty and well kept. It was very relaxing and we encountered lots of different wildlife and yes there is an alligator in the lake. Also saw an armadillo (didn't believe my husband until he showed me a picture), but you need to get up early to see it.
All the parks are easily accessible from the villa and it was quite nice being that little bit further out from he main chaos, well worth the extra 10 minute journey.
The villa was easy to find and we felt very safe being in a gated residential area. There is a supermarket very close where staff were really helpful. Loved the new Disney Springs well worth a visit. Plenty of restaurants, shops and bars and free parking.
The villa was exactly how it was described on the website. With regard to customer service, Amanda could not have been more helpful when I found myself in a bit of a pickle with regards to my dates I had booked. So helpful giving me lots of ideas about my trip as we were going to Miami and the Keys.
I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We were a family of 6 ie 2 children aged 20 months and 5 years, their parents and Grandma and Grandad. This was the first time Grandma and Grandad had stayed in a villa and we were very impressed with this one as were everybody else.
Everything was clean, the pool looked very inviting and the children loved it. The casing round one of the plugs came off the first night and a bulb went in one of the toilets. We rang and reported this and it was fixed the very next day.
The villa was about 20 minutes from Disney which isn't a problem when you have a car. The area was very quiet and we had a lovely view across the pool to a grassy area and a small lake with some wildlife visiting outside the netting of the pool everyday ie ducks and herons.
Would recommend this villa to anybody.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. From the minute we walked in it was evident that every thing you could ever need on holiday had been very carefully thought out. Children's rooms were stocked with toys, books and DVDs. The main bedroom doubled as a study with printer. There was an enhanced television package. The property is in a gated community and it feels very secure.
We loved the pool and spa and appreciated all the noodles, armbands and other extra equipment left by the pool for us to use. The barbecue was so useful after a busy day at the parks and meant that you didn't have to eat out every night.
The house has a lovely view from the pool area and it is so peaceful at night. The pool area has a table in a shaded area so it is very convenient if you need limit your exposure to the sun.
The parks are not far away at all and the local amenities Walmart etc are within easy driving distance.
This house is so spacious that it is easy to have your own space if you come with extended family or friends. There are three bathrooms so everyone can have their own privacy.
All in all I will go back at the earliest opportunity and would recommend the house to anyone. This house was such a luxury for such a reasonable cost. We were all absolutely delighted with everything!

Lovely villa which is not crowded with other villas. The property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and has a lake view to the rear with abundant wildlife.
The villa is well equipped and spacious. There were only two of us so a lot of it was wasted space, but for a family (or two) it would be fantastic. Nothing negative to say about about it!

We have just returned from our two week stay in Florida. This is the second time we have stayed in this villa and it is just fabulous. It is incredibly spacious and well appointed; the owners really have thought of everything to make your stay more comfortable. A real home-from-home experience. It is well maintained, clean and child friendly too.
The pool is just brilliant. Whole days were spent out here relaxing whilst the kids played in the water. And when we weren't relaxing pool-side we were at the theme parks or shopping malls, which are only an easy drive away.
There are big supermarkets nearby too, within 5 or 10 mins drive. The publix is on the 17 or there is a Walmart in poinciana for example. Another good one was to stop at the publix on the 192 on the way back from Disney.
There are loads of good restaurants nearby on the 192. This time we went to Longhorn Steakhouse and before we have been to Kobe's Japanese steakhouse and Joe's Crab Shack.
Communications with the owner and agency were both prompt and we got a new light bulb as soon as we reported it.
We love holidaying in Florida and will certainly be coming back to this villa again. I'd definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Our family recently spent March Break in Kissimmee at this beautiful property.
We found the home to be clean, tidy and very welcoming. All household procedures and routines were clearly laid out. Booking was made easy by Michelle Langham, who was friendly, helpful and prompt in all communications regarding the rental property.
We found the gated community to be both friendly and safe. Our location was proximal to all major venues and roadways. Our party of four enjoyed the quiet, relaxing poolside pace to be a delightful alternative to the business of a resort style stay.
We highly recommend this property and would, definitely book it again ourselves.

Very good villa well equiped

The property is very nice. Not too big, not too small. It was very clean and tastefully appointed. That being said, the appliances and electronics were a bit dated, with
VCRs and DVDs, but they all worked. The living room TV was smallish. The pool was clean, but I don't think the temperature ever got to 86 degrees that it was said to be set, although it was very cool
weather, upper 30's at night and low 60's during the day. So that may have been part of the issue and I didn't mention it, as it was so unusually cool no one really wanted to swim.
If you are a bird watcher not from the area, it was a treat. We saw Sandhill cranes, Wood storks, Great and Snowy egrets, Little Blue herons, Cormorants, Snake birds, White ibis, Muscovy ducks,
Turkey and Black vultures, Broad winged Hawks, Palm warblers, Cardinals, Great tailed grackles, Mourning and Ground doves. Most right on the property. It is right on a pond with a great view. The
neighborhood is pretty with nice mature landscaping. It looks tropical, just the way you want it too! It also felt very safe. The location seemed a bit remote. That's what made it quiet and
beautiful. It also kept us driving. I would say on average it was 5 to 8 miles to go to stores or restaurants, and for being on the edge of the metro there was a good amount of traffic, although it
was reasonable, about 30 mins. to Disney, 35-40 mins. to Universal and the airport.
I dealt with Michelle Langham and I could not have asked for better customer service. She was prompt, friendly and seemed very interested in our pleasant stay. I reported the dryer hose off of the
dryer she responded quickly. There were a couple of irritants that were not a big deal, but you only realize if you stay. So I will list them, as I'm sure they will be repaired, unless no one knows
of them. I mentioned the dryer hose, the underwater pool light was out, just an ambiance thing, there were a couple of bulbs out in the foyer hanging light, made it dark in the hallway, there was
only a motion sensor light by the front door and the lights on the garage were out. So that made it dark until you were very close to the front door. There is a couple of large palm fronds hanging in
the way of the front door.
Beyond all of the minutia listed, the property was great and we had a terrific time. We would love to return.

Since your stay we have added NetFlix, an Apple TV and Flat screen TVs in every room - with a 50inch TV in the lounge.
Our home has an upgraded cable package and
cable TV in every room.
All of the maintenance issues have been addressed and would have been sorted out immediately had they been reported to the management company.
Anyway - all done now as we do like to keep our home up to standard
During October we had the opportunity of staying with my family in this magnificent house, which is spacious, comfortable, was clean in a great location; the site was
very easy secure access we had no setbacks with regard this.
The pool was large enough for 7 people, the air conditioning worked well, it would be good to have some small containers and pans in the kitchen to make things in small quantities.
The house is a reasonable distance to parks - DISNEY AND SEA WORLD, with supermarkets and restaurants near.
A small issue arose with the Internet and Michelle was very attentive and very promptly fixed it.
We enjoyed our stay and will surely return to this house

presented home from home , about 15 miles from Disney and 20 miles from universal .
This was our first time to Florida and we where glad we booked this villa , the pool is great and is not overlooked by the other villas in the gated and quiet part of Kissimmee .
We went to the parks every day , visited bush gardens Tampa , coco beach and took a air boat ride from boggy creek . With so much to do the villa was a great place to relax and cool down after hot
days adventuring.

This was a great place. Nice quite neighborhood, plenty of room, nice pool and spa. The only issue was it's distance from Disney. A little farther than we would prefer but not a big deal. Overall
great place.
If you stay there and are looking for a local restaurant, try Woodsby's. Not far away, great food, great service and the price is right. This a place the locals go. Really enjoyed it.

There were 6 of us in total staying, 4 adults and 2 children and we had an amazing time.
The house was so clean and everything was included. We cooked a lot and rather than eat at the theme parks we made use of the fantastic kitchen for our breakfast and evening meal.
The children (and the adult children) loved the swimming pool at the back of the house and were in there whenever we came back from the parks.
The Disney parks are around 25 minutes away and Universal 35 minutes. We had a great time in the evening in the central living room watching TV and looking at our photos from the day. The house is

My wife & I took our three grandchildren and their parents on a vacation to Florida.
We were very impressed with the accommodations. The house was clean and well-maintained. It was large enough for everyone to have their space. All the amenities that were promised were provided. The
kids especially enjoyed the heated pool. We spent most of the day at Disney.
We had a minor problem with the internet. I was amazed how helpful Michelle was. She gave me all the information I would need to contact the internet provider. She told me that if the provider could
not rectify the problem over the phone, she would send somebody over to the property to wait for the tech so we would not need to waste our vacation time waiting for them to arrive. It turned out
that that wasn't necessary. They were able to fix the problem over the phone.
Other than this minor problem, the house was exactly what was promised to us. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends.

This was the perfect time of year to stay in this home. The weather was perfect, hot and sunny.
The home is in excellent shape. Very very very clean, well equipped, and safe. There were 4 adults, and two young children in our group. Even still, there was ample space available.
The drive time to the major attractions was generally 20-25 minutes. With outlet shopping and groceries available within 15 minutes.
The reservation process is very simple, and check-in was straight forward.
All in all, and excellent experience, and we will be staying here again.

This villa is first class.
We have stayed on Crescent Lakes before many times but 1st time on Astor Cove, we loved the villa - well equipped - clean - spacious - new king size bed and some new pans - everything at your
fingertips .
The pool was clean and the deck well maintained and there is an extended lanai if you want some shade.
There is nothing that Amanda has not thought about. Having been renting for 20 years we can say that this villa tops the lot.
Would definitely use this villa again and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Lovely quiet area after the crowds in the parks which are very near. Great locality and we enjoyed the wildlife by the lake and of course the great pool after a long day checking out all the local
attractions and the parks. Very near Daytona 1.5 hrs drive and Cocoa beach around 1 hrs drive. And a big hit with my husband was the Kennedy Space Centre, only 1.15 hrs drive from villa. As Arnie

Wonderful stay yet again in Aster cove. The whole family just settles really well into Florida life when we're here!
The house is wonderfully well-equipped and the biggest bonus over all of the other houses we've either stayed in or visited friends in is the huge and private pool deck area. Other houses just don't
have that amount of outdoor space! The new BBQ was much used this year by the family, as we now spend more and more time at the house rather than the parks these days.
Every year we visit, there are improvements and additions to previous years. The new sofas this year were very comfortable indeed! Can't wait to return to see what's new next year!

We spent a lovely three weeks at this villa, the villa is a home from home and everything you need is provided.
The kitchen is fantastic with all mod cons and the rest of the house is beautifully laid out and perfect for a large family.
The pool area was adequate and the outside ceiling fan was most helpful in very hot temperatures.
I would certainly return to this villa should we decide to holiday in this area again.

"A month in the sun!" "Have now been to this villa in Aster Cove more times than I care to remember and can honestly say it just gets better year after year! The phrase
'home from home' was invented for this as the house has everything you could possibly wish for.
We stayed for 29 nights this time and had the most amazing time. Since we've been to Florida many times, we decided this year to give most of the parks a miss and really spent lots of relaxation time
around the pool enjoying having family barbecues.
The WiFi access and free telephone calls are a huge bonus when away from home for such a long time and the children really appreciated being able to use their iPods out at the pool!
Excellent service is provided by the management company, and nothing is too much trouble - including ordering golf vouchers on our behalf and having them waiting in the house for our arrival.
Lots of our friends regularly hire villas in Florida and I can honestly say that I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else - the house has everything we could hope for both inside and out! The only
improvement on this year's holiday is that we stay for even longer next time............."

Both families sharing the villa made great use of the pool and lanai area every day of our holiday and it was a welcome return from the hustle and bustle of the parks.
The villa is extremely well equipped and we benefitted greatly from the wireless internet connection and the free international calls whilst we were there.
Can't wait to go back!!

Stayed in villa 9th to 23 May 2009. Have been to Florida on many occasions always staying in a different property.This is one of the few we would readily return to .
Well located and yet away from the hustle and bustle. Property is comfortable clean and well equipped .Extended lanai is ideal when spending time around the pool.
Owners are very efficient and respond promptly to any queries with a good management team looking after the property on a day to day basis .
Despite a rather wet fortnight we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa.

Having driven from France to England, to fly to Orlando for a first visit, accompanied by my four children (11-18), queued for 90mins to reach the Budget rent a car desk, mastered driving an
automatic car for the first time, opening the door at Astor Cove was an absolute delight after our tiring journey; all we had anticipated from the photos and more!'
Immediately, there is a sense of welcome, relaxation and being 'home from home' only more luxurious!
The villa has plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen and 'user friendly' instuctions for all the extra facilities ie DVD, internet etc.
We really appreciated the free local and international calls plus the answering machine. The kids adored the pool and it was so peaceful with only the lake to look out on.
My personal life saver was the spa which revitalised my legs daily before and after all the theme parks!
Thanks to Amanda for all her organisation and attention to our needs which provided for a holiday of a lifetime!
We would love to return and wouldnt think of booking anywhere else.

Our family flew to Orlando to see and watch the Rebel Games (College Softball Tournament), as my daughter plays for a Lemoyne College (Syracuse, NY).
The house was perfect and everone was wodeful to work with.

Our family enjoyed a fantastic time at our Kissimmee retreat during our 1(one) week stay. This was our first Christmas away from the North and we felt just like we were at home, only minus the cold
and snow!
We felt very safe in the quiet, gated community. All the attractions were within a few miles and plenty places to shop and eat. We were very surprised at how many restaurants opened their doors for
Christmas Day. Personal favorite's, Uno's, Black Angus Steakhouse & House of Blues in Downtown Disney. Our Christmas Eve was spent at Cirque du Soleil, a MUST see, very entertaining.
Special thanks to Michelle for answering all our inquiries prior to our booking and taking care of all our needs during and after our stay.
Final thought, great villa, great location, great time! We highly recommend renting a villa v.s. the expense of a Hotel/Suite.

We had a great holiday in Orlando despite Tropical Storm Fay doing her best to ruin it. We met up with some friends from the UK (3 of them and 4 of us) and there was plenty of room in the villa for
all of us.
The kids obviously loved the pool and made use of it as often as possible. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and there is a good choice of DVDs and games for the kids to use too.
The villa is located within easy reach of all the attractions and you pass many restaurants on your return journey, some I have listed here. We particularly liked Outback, Uno, Carrabbas, Texas
Roadhouse, Smokey Bones, Vallerta Mexican and Chilis.
One word of warning, if you are going to fill up your gas tank before you return your hire car then don't use Suncoast Energys just outside the airport. They charged $5.49 a gallon and they didn't
advertise their prices so we didn't realise until it was too late. Otherwise the cost of gas in Florida didn't seem particularly high.
We would like to say thanks to Amanda who answered many of our questions before our holiday and kept in touch with us until we left. Thanks also to Michelle who contacted us whilst we were in the
villa to ensure all was ok with our visit. I mentioned a few issues and they were noted and resolved.
All in all a good villa in a good location and definitely worth visiting.

We had an amazing time on our first trip to Florida.
The villa was wonderful a most welcome oasis in a sea of queueing!! All our needs were catered for. It was lovely to come back to the quiet and calm after a hectic day at one of the parks.
We had no problems whatsoever (except we had to come home!!) I'm sure if we had they would have been dealt with swiftly.
The bedrooms were wonderful and the beds so comfy, the spacious lounge and fully equipped kitchen a pleasure and the pool as my daughter kept saying was "awesome!"
We would highly recommend this villa and will definitely be back!

Just back from another fabulous 3 week stay in the villa - 29 June through to 20 July. This is our 6th time using this house and after 19 years of visiting Florida, I can honestly say I wouldn't
dream of staying anywhere else!
The new decor and upgrading to plasma TV and the addition of DVD players in each of the rooms was well received by adults and children alike. Our friends who stayed with us for the 3 weeks (and who
were visiting Florida for the first time) were absolutely bowled over by the size of the villa and pool deck and were amazed at the sheer luxury of the master bedroom!
We made great use of the BBQ while we were there and thoroughly enjoyed returning to the sancuary of the villa after long hard days at the parks.
Nothing is too much trouble for the owners and/or management company and it's a stress-free holiday knowing that you are dealing with such high standards.
The wireless network and printing facilities within the house proved invaluable for organising the frequent visits to the golf and the free international calls proved a real boon for the children for
keeping in touch with the grandparents back home.
Our next visit to Florida will definitely be a return to Aster Cove. Thanks once again for a briliant stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay (March 15 through 29) in this spacious home in Aster Cove.
My husband & I spent the first week alone, mostly relaxing in Florida's warmth by the home's pool and occasionally exploring the area. The activity level was then turned-up to "high" for our 2nd
week as we welcomed our 2 children and their families. We of course did Disney, and spent a day at Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic -- but the grandchildren were most excited by the delights of the heated
pool.
We found the restaurants in the Orlando-Kissimmee area to be some of the best: Joe's Crab Shack, Bahama Breeze, Angel's Lobster Buffet, and our favorite: The Catfish Place in St. Cloud. (The fish
fries we are used to in Wisconsin don't compare, I'm afraid to admit.)
We will definitely be back, and highly recommend this particular home and community for it's amenities and surroundings.

What a great way to escape the cold Michigan winter for six weeks. Our stay in this lovely home from mid January until March 1 was very enjoyable
We especially loved the spacious pool area which was bathed in sun for most of the afternoon. When our kids and grandkids came for a visit in February, they spent countless hours in the pool. We
cooked out on the gas grille several times and loved the chance to have breakfast and coffee outside by the pool.
The home is large and well laid out with a great kitchen and eating area. Also we enjoyed having the internet access for our laptop.
We are planning to return again next year and enjoy more of the Florida winter sun. Thanks to Michelle and Steve for setting us up in this home

Another fabulous holiday in Aster Cove! We were holidaying with friends this year, so in all, 4 adults and 2 children enjoyed a long, relaxing 3 week holiday.
As ever, everything you could wish for was on hand in this immaculate, well-equipped house. With so many villas to rent, the thing which makes this house stand out from the rest is the large pool
with huge deck area which backs onto the lake. We spent many a happy hour enjoying the peace and quiet there!
Suffice to say, we've booked already for next year. Highly recommended!!

What a wonderful villa! We stayed here May 5th to 12th 2007 and had a really great time.
The house is spacious and clean and the pool is just perfect for young kids (and old ones!).
It's in a quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe. My kids loved the play grounds as well.

The villa is in a safe, peaceful location yet within extremely easy reach of almost all of Florida's attracions and more!
The villa boasts a fantastically spacious living area, great sized pool and all the home from home furnishings and appliances that make for a relaxing holiday.
There were eight in our party, six of which were girls so the hairdryers got alot of use!!!

indoors proved a great attraction!
We were fortunate enough to be holidaying at the same time as friends who were staying in another part of Crescent Lakes, so we took the opportunity to make use of the excellent poolside BBQ!
All in all, we had an outstanding holiday - everything in the villa you could possibly wish for - and undoubtedly we will return again.

We had a great holiday at the villa - the weather was very hot and sunny - mostly 94 degrees.
The villa was very comfortable and had everything we needed - including extra pool towles and lots of pool toys for the kids ! The pool was warm and in the sun all day which was great when you got
back from a day out and you could relax by the pool and watch the sun set.
Aster cove is a lovely quiet neighbourhood in Crescent lakes and we felt it was very safe especially due to it being a gated community.The villa is quiet and the lake at the rear means it isn't
overlooked - we even saw a turlte in the lake.
We will recommend the villa to friends and family and would like to come back again in the future !
